How long is the delivery time?
From the order date, you will receive the tracking number within 5–10 days!
Shipping takes an additional 7–10 days, depending on the destination country.
EU countries there is no EXPRESS shipping!
Important: Preparation times may vary as each product has a different processing time. For example, sneakers are produced after the order is placed, which can sometimes take 12 days or as little as 8 days. For clothing, if an item is out of stock, it will be reproduced, which can sometimes take longer.

Why is the tracking number not updating?
The tracking number will only become active after 7–9 days, depending on the destination country. Once it is active, delivery may take an additional 1–3 days.
My package has been delayed, what can I do?

What happens if I am not at home when the agency delivers the package?
The transport agency will contact you and try to schedule a second delivery. In case it could not be carried out, they will make the package available to you at your nearest Post Office or FEDEX.
My package is held at customs, what can I do?
We are located in Europe so our prices are expressed without VAT. When making an international purchase, you may be required to pay the corresponding VAT in your country.
